If you want general fitness then you could get away with getting smaller things such as small weights, dumbbells or a fitness ball for example. If you are planning on putting on muscle then you will want things such as a bench press, multi-gyms, weights and all of that type of equipment.
As you can see there are many great benefits from having home fitness equipment and with the equipment at home it gives you the chance to do it whenever you like.
